Aloo Bonda

Aloo bonda literally translates to "potato balls" in Hindi. They're also called aloo pokora. Regardless of how you refer to them, the spiced grated potato balls are dipped in chickpea flour batter and after a quick turn in the fryer, they're ready to serve. They're typically served as a snack, but they make wonderful appetizers as well.
