Goat Ricotta and Chorizo Filled Hash Browns

Here's an upscale version of hash browns with a surprise goat ricotta and chorizo center. The chorizo adds a little spiciness to the dish without overpowering the hash browns, and also adds some protein. The goat cheese has a tang and a velvety texture that complement the other components of the dish quite well. There's nothing wrong with good old-fashioned hash browns, but if you're in the mood for something a little different, this is a great recipe to try.
