Lavender Peruvian Purple Potato White Chocolate Torte



Even though Peruvian purple fingerling potatoes are not technically a sweet potato, they work well in this chocolate torte for both their texture, which nicely thickens the luscious dessert, and for their color, which matches the floral flavoring of the dessert: lavender.
