Patates Fingerling a l'Anglaise et a l'Orange Sanguine

Here's a fresh update of potato salad. Fingerling potatoes are simply boiled, then seasoned with a mint-flavored sour cream sauce. The twist is the addition of blood orange slices, which add sharp contrast of color and flavor to the dish.
