Pommes Parisiennes

Pommes Parisiennes are named after a kitchen utensil, a Parisienne scoop. It looks similar to a melon baller, except it's slightly larger. The potato balls are formed from large, raw, floury potatoes, then parboiled and pan-fried until golden. They're a delicious and delicately sized potato treat that's a perfect fit for any party!
