Smoked Salmon Tartiflette

Tartiflette is a rich and hearty Savoyard dish, from the Haute-Savoie region of France, usually served after a long day of skiing in the French Alps. It's the ultimate cheesy potato dish, made with properly ripe Reblochon cheese. The most traditional form calls for lardons (salted cured pork), but this version, made with smoked salmon, is lighter and equally delicious!
