Feeling Zen by Kneading Dough (Making your Own Bread)

When we least expect it, life sets us a challenge to test ourselves. I try to stay positive and see those challenges as blessing. Well, this weekend I've dealt with a fair share of difficult situations. And when that's the case, I motivate myself by finding a de-stressing activity. My solution this time was kneading dough; I think it's the best way to be energized in my quest to break free from life's inevitable anxieties!
