BonjourToday (February 2nd) is a popular French celebration called La Chandeleur (also known as the Christian holiday, Candlemas). On this day in France, we eat crêpes--a lot of crêpes. And there's nothing easier than preparing the flat "pastries" appreciated by foodies all over the world.
