Crepe Day (La Chandeleur)

Crepe Day (La Chandeleur)

BonjourToday (February 2nd) is a popular French celebration called La Chandeleur (also known as the Christian holiday, Candlemas). On this day in France, we eat crêpes--a lot of crêpes. And there's nothing easier than preparing the flat "pastries" appreciated by foodies all over the world. I've attached the video on "How to Make Perfect French Crêpes" so you can see how simple the preparation is.

I've gathered many recipes using crêpes; what a great way to kick off the week!
