Hi jackie! thanks for the comment on Better With Butter about entering this contest. The recipe is adapted from another blog, is that OK? Thanks!

Hi Jada,

I'll leave it up to you. If you think that your adaptation significantly changed the recipe then I think that's fine. Most recipes are adaptation of other people .

Good luck!

Yes, you can submit as many recipes as you want, as long as they are home-made baked goods.

Good luck to everyone!

I was looking to come up with a tasty gluten free bread recipe that also contained none other major allergens such as dairy, egg, soy and corn.
I was also trying to boost the protein content somewhat, and have a resulting bread that wasn't overly crumbly. I think this recipe hits all the marks!

Heyyy...thanks for the comment. I would love to participate, but the bread was made for another event, taste and create, so its from another blog. Is that ok??

You have two options. You can either enter a description, all the ingredients, directions and a 300 px-wide image in the form provided OR send me the right-sized photo and the link back to the recipe. You can enter as many recipes as you want as long as they are home-made baked goods.

To Poornima: It's fine. Just send me a photo of your bread and the link.

Hi Jackie, just sent you the information. Just read the rules again and it says the recipe must be original. While the fruit salsa that accompanies the Lavash cracker is my original recipe, the cracker recipe is from Peter Reinhart's famous book, The Bread Baker's Apprentice.

Thanks much,
Vidya

I'll leave it up to you. If you think that your adaptation significantly changed the recipe then I think that's fine. Most recipes are adaptation of other people. Do you have another bread/cake recipe that is inspired or more personalized?

I am very excited to have stumbled across your contest and all the wonderful bread recipes available here. However I am sad to have missed the deadline to enter. I have been lusting after one of those knives for quite some time now. (Yes, I am entered in the drawing for voting). Any plans for another contest?

I just saw your comment in my blog! It was awaiting moderation... grrrrrr. So I'm too late for the contest, what a pity. Thanks for inviting me anyway!
