Vote for your favorite bread recipe and you could win a New West KnifeWorks Knife

Vote for your favorite bread recipe and you could win a New West KnifeWorks Knife Recipe

The voting for our bread contest has officially started. The bread recipe that gets the most votes by the end of the week will get the winning baker a Super Bread knife (a $179 value) from New West KnifeWorks.

Super Bread Knife

But I'm not forgetting the voters either! One of the voters will be randomly selected to win a Hot Petty Phoenix Knife (a $99 value) from New West KnifeWorks. The only requirements are that you vote and that you're located in the United States or in Canada. All you have to do is sign in / log in and vote for your favorite recipe(s). You can also leave comments (located at the bottom) about what you like about the recipes on display.

Petty knife

The voting period will be open until 11.59 p.m. (Pacific Time), on October 7th, 2009. I’ll announce the lucky recipients of both the Super Bread Knife and the Hot Petty Phoenix Knife soon after. Sign up for my RSS Feed to find out the results as soon as they are released.

Ready, Set, Vote!

Good luck to all the contestants.

Tips for voting:

You can vote for as many bread recipes as you like. Keep in mind that voting for all the recipes will NOT increase your chance of winning the Hot Petty Phoenix Knife.

Read the recipes! It's not just about a great photograph; the recipe should be something that you want to eat.

Don't bother creating multiple accounts - we track IP addresses!

If you have any questions, leave a comment at the bottom of this post.

PS: You can get the recipe of my pandan and coconut brioche, here.

Kudos to all of the recipes more importantly is the photography of each bread. If the pictures weren't so great would we really click on the recipe in hopes of recreating their masterpiece? I'm not so sure.

Great job all around!
