Peach and Spinach Summer Salad Wrap Recipe Recipe

Temperatures are set to hit high numbers these days so to keep the house cool I've tried not to spend too much time behind the stove or use the oven too much. My go-to meal in this situation is fast, casual eating that requires minimal preparation and almost no cooking. My solution this weekend is to make summer salad wraps

I used ripe peaches, baby spinach, goat cheese, cranberries and balsamic vinegar. The wraps are tied together with lavash flatbread. The contrast of colors is strikingly beautiful. And can you guess when this healthy and tasty recipe was born? Last year, while working with the creative California Lavash team. You can find this exact same photo on one of their new, colorful packages.

Bison Pita Burger Recipe

I made pita burgers and added a French twist by flavoring the ground meat with fresh sage and thyme. I also melted thin slices of Gruyère cheese on top of the burgers and finished the seasoning with fleur de sel Alexia had graciously given us. It was absolutely merveilleux, splendide! Miss you, guys!

Mustard Roasted Sea Bass Recipe

Whenever we host a formal dinner, I tend to serve a "surf and turf" as a main course. This means a combination of seafood and meat. And usually my choice of seafood is Chilean sea bass because it's such a delicate and exquisite fish.

For this marinade, I mixed Dijon mustard, soy sauce and molasses. The key is to first form an outer crust while pan-searing the fish and then complete the cooking in the oven. The fish dish is fairly simple but so elegant!
