Summer Vegetables and Hummus Pizza Recipe

Hummus pizza breaks the traditional rules by using a garbanzo bean spread instead of the standard tomato sauce. I added some Mediterranean ingredients to keep the flavor fresh, such as asparagus, garlic, roasted red bell peppers and artichoke hearts.

Gorgonzola Cheese Souffle Recipe

Gorgonzola Cheese Souffle

A cheese soufflé is basically a roux folded with egg whites. A roux is a combination of cooked butter, flour and milk. It's the same preparation used for making a bechamel sauce in the Le Mac and cheese recipe. At least I can get excited about the food...

Note: I originally posted this recipe beofre the Superbowl weekend.
