Vegetarian Spinach Lasagna

Lasagna are always a hit at home, especially during the winter. The layer of spinach and béchamel sauce make the dish very creamy and filling. 

It's suitable for both meat eaters and vegetarians. My little sister-in-law who's deathly allergic to nuts and eggs can also share this dish with all of us.

It's a great dish to make in advance as you can prepare it the day before and keep it in the refrigerator overnight.

Vegetarian Cutlets (Indian Potato Latkes) Recipe

Cutlets are a slightly denser Indian version of traditional potato latkes. They are flavored with Indian seasonings like dried mint, turmeric, fried onions, and of course, spicy green peppers.

I decided to share this with you today in anticipation of the Superbowl this weekend between the Steelers and the Cardinals. I have to admit that I hate football. It's definitely not part of French culture. To be fair, I've never really taken the time to listen to my hubby's countless attempts to explain the rules of the game. It's so cute when he tries! At least I can get excited about the food...
